 Order Processing Time
All our personalized products are made to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that shipping times are in addition to our production time.


Shipping Within Canada
We ship primarily within Canada using trusted carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.


International Shipping
